Every one of these was a single build and a single launch, because the loader named the field. That is worth saying plainly after D075, where an error naming a structure sent the work in the wrong direction for a long stretch: this loader is usually precise, and the two red herrings so far (Failed to load SCE_DYNLIBDATA, Unsupported ELF e_type on a .prx) were both cases where the message came from a layer above the one that failed.
