Firsts

Things this project had never done before, each with the evidence that it did.

Why this is separate from WORKLOG.md. The worklog is what was done, in order, and it is four thousand lines long. A first is a different kind of fact: it is the point after which a whole class of work became possible, and it needs to stay findable. Three entries so far, and there should never be many: if this file starts needing sections, something that is not a first has been added to it.

Why it is separate from CHANGELOG.md. That is a release log - what changed between versions. Nothing here is a version.

Every entry names the artefact that proves it and the build that produced it, because a claim about a first is exactly the sort of thing that gets remembered wrongly. A consumer - orbistoun above all - has to be able to say how that was determined and reach the same answer.
